Chopra Scarlett Striped Pillow

It doesn’t get much more homegrown than our Chopra Striped Pillow. Following in India’s rich textile heritage, this effortlessly chic layer comes to us from a small rural village near the city of Jaipur, where it was handcrafted by a small cooperative of skilled local artisans. This work helps these craft communities to preserve their culture’s time-honored practices while also earning a livable wage to support themselves and their families. The process starts with linen thread, which is handwoven on a traditional loom to create a soft fabric. This fabric is then block-printed by hand using ancestral techniques to create a mix of thick, bold scarlet stripes and narrow indigo and white stripes. Finally, it's finished off with a hidden zipper closure and a luxe down and feather pillow insert for a plush feel. Perfect for bringing a classic pop of color and pattern to any comfy spot, we love Chopra on its own or styled with other global-inspired prints for a well-traveled, collected vibe.
