Dust & Light Vase

The drop-shaped vases are unique works of art that balance materiality and light. Each piece is entirely handmade and hand-painted in Italy, making every vase one of a kind. The decoration combines opaque clay splotches created with the traditional engobe technique and iridescent mother-of-pearl luster, producing a striking contrast between matte and shining surfaces. The result is a play of textures that shifts with the light, recalling the dialogue between earth and sky. Part of the celebrated Dust & Light Collection, first unveiled at Milan Design Week 2019, these vases embody Coralla Maiuri’s poetic vision—transforming functional objects into luminous, contemporary artworks.
