Faux Leather Backgammon Set

A backgammon set in a rigid case covered in faux leather, soft neutral, with the board set into the lid and base and the points printed rather than inlaid.

A wooden box under the covering, paperboard structure inside, acrylic checkers seated in their own recesses so nothing rattles. Ten and three quarter inches by eight, closed. It opens to play and shuts to a clean rectangle that shelves like a book.

For the couple who plays after dinner. The milestone birthday. The friend whose apartment is all good objects and no clutter.

Faux leather over a wooden box. Not animal leather.
