JH x Tensira Hand Towels

We created these sinkside staples in collaboration with Tensira — a celebrated textile house founded by a Guinean and Finnish husband-and-wife duo that blends Scandinavian aesthetics with West African weaving and dyeing techniques. We dreamt up their simple, classic patterns in-house, taking our inspiration from timeless shadow striped motifs. Tensira’s team of skilled craftswomen then brought our designs to life using cotton that was spun and woven by hand and dyed in one of two colorways — a soft, rosy beige and cream or a goes-with-everything palette of black, cream and bluish-grey. The perfect mix of European elegance and global authenticity, our JH x Tensira Hand Towels are great to have within reach when you’re whipping up a meal in the kitchen or washing up in the powder room. They also make for an effortlessly chic host or housewarming gift, especially when wrapped around a favorite bottle of wine.
