Bronze-Extruded Pasta

From the meeting of Musae Studio and Sempre Domenica comes a collaboration that takes something very serious — Sunday at the table in the South of Italy — and treats it with the respect it deserves (which is a lot) and a thread of irony. Together with Sempre Domenica, a young fresh-pasta workshop in Agropoli (Cilento), we've put together three shapes that need no introduction: Fusillo Cilentano, Spaghettone and Pacchero. All bronze-extruded, because a smooth surface is for those in a hurry, and we're not — we need to hold onto every kind of sauce as well as possible. This collection is a tribute to those rituals no one has ever really questioned: pasta on Sundays, time that slows down, and the table as the heart of the home.
