Custom Hand-Painted Large Oval Wedding Platter

Celebrate love with a one-of-a-kind keepsake that’s as unique as the couple themselves. Our hand-painted wedding platters are custom-designed to reflect the colors, memories, and moments that matter most.

After you place your order, email  info@caitlinroundsantiques.com all your details- wedding colors, special dates, meaningful doodles and we’ll bring it to life in our signature style. You can also write your details in the “notes” section at checkout.

**Please don't send AI-generated images as reference, since they often show effects that aren't achievable with an actual paintbrush and glaze on ceramic.

Each custom wedding platter is a one-of-a-kind, hand-painted piece created by Caitlin. Clients are invited to share meaningful details, locations, and imagery to inspire the design. Caitlin then uses her artistic expertise to interpret those elements and create a composition that works beautifully on the piece.

Please note that all design decisions, including which details are featured, their placement, and colors; are made at the artist’s discretion to ensure the best visual result. Because each piece is made to order and entirely unique, all custom platters are final sale. By commissioning a piece, you are trusting the artist’s vision and creative process.

Please note: Lead time is 4 weeks

Because every love story is different, no two platters are ever the same, just like no two couples.

Customization Options

When you place your order, share as much or as little as you like — every detail helps Caitlin shape a design that feels personal. You're welcome to include:

• Wedding or event colors
• Meaningful dates, initials, or names
• Locations (where you met, got engaged, or married)
• Motifs, flowers, or imagery with special significance
• Any other doodles or details that tell your story

Send your details by email to info@caitlinroundsantiques.com after purchase, or include them in the Notes field at checkout.

Artwork & Approval Process

Each platter is an original, hand-painted artwork. Caitlin interprets your details using her own artistic judgment to create a cohesive composition — all design decisions, including placement, color balance, and which elements to feature, are made at the artist's discretion. Because of the handmade nature of the work, no two pieces are identical, and exact replication of reference images is not offered. All custom platters are final sale.

Timing Expectations

Please allow 4 weeks from the time your details are received for the piece to be completed. If you have a specific event date in mind, mention it when you send your details so CRA can plan accordingly. Orders placed close to an event date are subject to availability.

Special Requests
